Summary of the bill.
The bill would create the Patronato del CEFODEA de San Miguelito to support and administer a center for adolescents at social risk. The governing board would be an autonomous, nonprofit public body, and the center would serve adolescents who have left school. It sets out the center’s educational and training purposes, funding sources, governing structure, controls on assets and contracting, and rules for auditing, public reporting and implementing regulations.
