Summary of the bill.
The bill would require a centralized combustible gas detection and alarm system in horizontal property developments supplied with natural gas or LPG. The system would be included in their co-ownership regulations; the bill allocates responsibility for installation, maintenance and operation, allows a postponement requested by the horizontal property development, and empowers the Horizontal Property Directorate (Dirección de Propiedad Horizontal) to sanction noncompliance.
