Summary of the bill.
The draft bill proposes changes to the Public Prosecutor’s Office career system governing entry and promotion through competitive procedures. It sets experience and training requirements and a defined hierarchy for prosecutors. It also sets a minimum share of career employees, changes the composition of the Career Commission, and provides for training functions, annual recruitment rounds and transitional arrangements for existing personnel.
