Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes a voluntary platform for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to file and pay tax and contribution obligations. Entrepreneurship companies could also use the platform through a single access point before participating authorities. AMPYME would operate the system, while each authority would retain ownership of its revenue and its powers of administration, audit and enforcement.
