The draft bill proposes adding a chapter on port digital transformation and smart ports to Law 56 of August 6, 2008. It assigns the AMP responsibility for technical regulations and deadlines for integration with government platforms. It would also require concessionaires, licensees and operators to submit plans and implement cybersecurity measures, while allowing pilot projects at higher traffic terminals.
