Summary of the bill.
The bill establishes the organic statute of the Attorney General’s Office for Administration and defines its judicial and administrative functions. The Office forms part of the Public Prosecution Service; the statute also governs its organization, personnel, assets and financial management. It sets procedures for administrative complaints, legal consultations and administrative reports, makes its legal opinions nonbinding, and repeals Book 1 of Law 38 of July 31, 2000.
