Summary of the bill.
The draft bill proposes changes to Criminal Code penalties for bribery, misuse of confidential information and unjustified enrichment. It also addresses the circumstances covering those offenses and seeks to make asset restitution and recovery an objective of criminal proceedings involving offenses against the State. It regulates the protection and reward of anonymous informants and limits the effect of agreements on asset restitution.
