Summary of the bill.
The bill establishes a single digital window for permits, licenses and authorizations for public shows and temporary entertainment activities. The competent authorities would coordinate processing through that window. It also directs a portion of public revenue generated by those events toward the facilities used for them and assigns training programs for the performing arts, cultural events and entertainment sector.
