Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes to amend Article 22 of Law 42 of 2012 to govern review of a final child support payment. Either party could request a review within one year, while the cases listed in items 1, 2 and 3 of the following article would qualify for immediate review. The bill also sets out how a request would be handled and when a change in the payment would take effect.
