The draft bill proposes rules for investigating and prosecuting offenses against public administration and other crimes that harm the State. The framework also covers money laundering arising from those offenses and governs special investigative techniques, cooperation with authorities, protection for complainants and cooperating persons, international cooperation, and the return or recovery of assets. It also amends criminal procedure, criminal law, and due diligence rules.
