The bill proposes to broaden the public utility designation of the Port of Vacamonte for its development as a multipurpose port center. The center would serve fishing, logistics and maritime activities. The bill sets environmental, land-use and port conditions for activities and works, and provides for a Port Master Plan and corporate social responsibility mechanisms funded through commitments already included in the applicable arrangements.
