Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes to recognize Barrio Bolívar’s historical and cultural value and preserve the Tambor Peligreño tradition. Formerly known as Barrio El Peligro, the neighborhood would host the recognized festival on November 27 and 28, organized by a Patronato. The bill also provides for educational, cultural and tourism measures and protection of the neighborhood’s urban setting.
