The bill proposes a framework for education, prevention, and information management to promote road safety in the Republic of Panama. It assigns planning, training, coordination, and reporting duties to the transit authorities; establishes a road safety week and day, a national distinction, and a fund to finance educational activities. It also repeals Law 58 of September 22, 2015.
