Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes amendments to Law 35 of May 30, 2018, on voluntary blood donation and medical criteria for donor selection. It would strengthen the coordination and oversight functions of blood services. It would also establish recognition for organizations and donors, provide for educational activities, and allow a digital platform through which people could obtain information and schedule donations.
