Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes changes to the enforcement and registration of judicial decisions and to provisional entries in the Public Registry. It sets out how an unpaid judgment would be enforced, when a provisional entry would become final, and how the Registrar General would address correctable errors. It would also bar clearance certificates for public utilities or from the Revenue Directorate General (Dirección General de Ingresos) as conditions for registering judicial decisions.
