The bill proposes to amend Article 241 of the Criminal Code on contributions to the Social Security Fund and enrollment in Social Security. It addresses the withholding and failure to remit employee and employer contributions to the Social Security Fund (Caja de Seguro Social) and conduct that prevents enrollment in Social Security (Seguro Social). It establishes prison terms according to the conduct, the amount withheld, and whether an employee is under maternity protection, as well as an increased penalty for anyone who orders the withholding of contributions.
