Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes approving in full the Air Services Agreement between the Government of Panama and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The agreement sets traffic rights and routes for designated airlines, together with rules on authorizations, operations, competition, aviation safety, security and dispute settlement. The proposed law would take effect upon promulgation, while the agreement would enter into force through its own notification procedure.
