Summary of the bill.
The bill amends the procedure for declaring a child eligible for adoption and requires prompt reports of possible deprivation of the right to a family. It also sets priorities for protection, family tracing and temporary care, governs the declaration of children whose parents are unknown, and requires foreign adoption judgments to be recognized through exequatur before registration with the Civil Registry.
