Summary of the bill.
The draft bill proposes Civil Code rules for the succession of a deceased person’s digital assets according to wishes expressed in life. It would recognize assets forming part of the estate, including intangible assets with or without economic value, allow judicial measures to identify, preserve or value them, and give priority to the deceased person’s instructions concerning their disposition.
