Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes declaring July 5 of each year Panamanian Numismatics Day to commemorate the creation of the national monetary system. Law 84 of July 5, 1904, created that system. The observance would have cultural and educational purposes, and the Ministry of Culture (Ministerio de Cultura) would organize activities with the National Bank of Panama (Banco Nacional de Panamá) and the Ministry of Education (Ministerio de Educación).
