Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes to amend the Labor Code to define the contractual treatment of foreign artists, musical groups and support personnel who come to Panama. It also provides exemptions from the educational insurance contribution, migration fees and migrant worker permits; governs visa processing and dealings through an authorized representative; and repeals two articles of Law 10 of 1974.
