Summary of the bill.
The bill would amend the High Performance Sports Program under Law 488 of 2025 and define technical roles and athlete certification. It would also address athlete benefits, funding and sports development centers. It would develop the framework for sports medicine, direct the preparation of an updated consolidated text of Law 16 of 1995, and assign implementing regulations to the Executive Branch.
