Summary of the bill.
The bill would revise the classification of National Assembly personnel and clarify the status of staff assigned to members’ offices. It also provides for assessments of employees’ ability to perform their duties by the Human Resources Directorate (Dirección de Recursos Humanos), establishes a ground for separation or dismissal based on the results, and sets attendance and availability duties during legislative sessions.
