Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes to update judicial territorial organization and recognize a separate judicial circuit for Panama Oeste under the Judicial Code. The circuit would comprise Arraiján, La Chorrera, Capíra, Chame and San Carlos. It would amend the Judicial Code and Law 119 of December 30, 2013 to adjust the composition of judicial districts, the jurisdiction and seats of courts, and references to that circuit in earlier judicial documents.
