Summary of the bill.
The bill amends Articles 31 and 32 of Law 42 of 2012 to expand judicial measures concerning failure to pay child support and attempts to evade payment. It also creates the National Registry of Delinquent Child Support Debtors (Registro Nacional de Deudores Alimentarios Morosos), provides for restrictions tied to registration, and regulates measures concerning assets, institutional cooperation, access to the registry, and removal from it.
