Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes a consumer right to withdraw from purchases of movable goods within three (3) business days after physical delivery in Panama. Consumers could exercise this right without stating a reason. The bill sets rules for returning the goods, refunding the amount paid, and excluding specified goods and services. Its operative provisions add two articles to Law 71 of 2007.
