The draft bill proposes to amend the Criminal Code offense of receiving stolen mobile devices or devices with altered technical identifiers. It adds circumstances involving those devices and proposes penalties for fraudulent manipulation of an IMEI number or another unique technical identifier. It also proposes forfeiture of means directly linked to those offenses.
