Summary of the bill.
The draft bill proposes adding Criminal Code (Código Penal) articles to protect victims’ privacy concerning sensitive images. Articles 166-B, 166-C, 166-D, 166-E and 166-F address the unauthorized capture and dissemination of those images. It also provides that the resulting law would take effect three months after its promulgation.
