Summary of the bill.
The bill would amend Law 285 of February 15, 2022, to establish a transition to independent living program for young people. The program would serve those leaving the protection and care system and provide individual exit plans, support after departure, preferential access to services, and a national register of beneficiaries, coordinated by the National Secretariat for Children, Adolescents and Family (Secretaría Nacional de Niñez, Adolescencia y Familia, SENNIAF) and subject to data confidentiality rules.
