Searches for missing persons would be supported by a National Register and a permanent coordination system led by the Public Prosecutor’s Office. The system would coordinate searches, location efforts and identification. The draft bill sets out the Register’s contents, secure information sharing among institutions, immediate and free receipt of reports or complaints, and rules on withholding and disclosing information to support searches.
