Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes a framework of rights and duties for users of collective and selective public passenger transport in the Republic of Panama. It sets obligations for service providers and the State concerning continuity, safety, accessibility, fares, and information; creates a complaints system; and provides for penalties for noncompliance. It also sets rules for implementing regulations and initial adjustments to vehicles and infrastructure.
