Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes to expand the housing options under Law 22 of July 29, 1991, through the My First Home Program (Programa Mi Primera Vivienda). FONDHABI would administer the Program. To facilitate access to a first home, it proposes eligibility certification, a partial mortgage guarantee, savings mechanisms, and coordinated procedures involving public institutions and financial institutions.
