Summary of the bill.
The draft bill proposes a transitional professional licensing regime under Law 350 of 2022 for Law and Political Science students. It would apply to those studying before the new requirements of Law 500 of 2025 took effect and restore the earlier requirements for that group. It would also address pending, suspended, returned or rejected applications and assign procedural duties to the Fourth Chamber for General Matters (Sala Cuarta de Negocios Generales).
