The draft bill proposes updating Law 135 of April 30, 1943 on administrative litigation claims and labor cassation appeals. It allows those claims and appeals to be filed from judicial offices across the country or electronically, revises proceedings before the Third Chamber, provides for electronic case files, and establishes filing, tracking and user assistance mechanisms.
