Summary of the bill.
The draft bill would add prevention of youth recruitment by criminal groups to the child and adolescent protection system. It proposes amendments to Law 285 of 2022, a technical working group, an early warning protocol and a financing fund. It also proposes amendments to the Criminal Code to define gang activity and penalize the recruitment or use of minors by criminal organizations.
