Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes approval of the Statutes of the International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property. Adopted in New Delhi and amended by its General Assembly, the ICCROM statutes govern state membership, the organization’s bodies and finances, sanctions for unpaid contributions, and amendment and dissolution procedures. The proposed law would take effect upon promulgation.
