Summary of the bill.
The draft bill proposes increasing pensions for retirees who keep working through new contributions to the Social Security Fund (Caja de Seguro Social). It provides for that right to apply retroactively and include the corresponding interest. To incorporate the right into the social security framework, it proposes adding an article to Law 462 of 2025 and taking effect on the day after promulgation.
