Summary of the bill.
The draft bill proposes a waste management framework for events in public spaces attended by at least 500 people. It would require advance planning, material separation, waste service providers and a closing report; it would also establish penalties, municipal incentives and an adjustment period for organizers and authorities through amendments to Law 33 of 2018.
