Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes making the operation of National Bingo an optional power of the State, exercisable directly or through third parties. If exercised, that power would be subject to economic self-sufficiency. The bill also repeals Decree Law N.O 4 of February 25, 1982, and provides for the dissolution of the National Bingo Organization (Organización de los Bingos Nacionales) and the closure of the government program and its bingo halls, under the supervision of the Gaming Control Board (Junta de Control de Juegos).
