Summary of the bill.
The draft bill proposes no limitation period for prosecuting offenses against public administration and fraud and other fraudulent acts against the State. It changes penalties and consequences for several offenses, restricts benefits during the sentence, and establishes permanent disqualification from public office for intentional offenses against public administration. It also changes the requirements for admitting criminal reports and complaints and the powers of the Sentence Enforcement Judge.
