Summary of the bill.
The bill would bar public servants from acquiring state property while in office and for five (5) years after leaving office. The bar would cover direct acquisitions or those through connected persons, several types of assets and transfer methods. It would require disclosure of conflicts of interest and provide for judicial nullity of transactions that breach its rules, return of the property, and penalties.
