Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes a general law on investigating and prosecuting offenses against the Public Administration and other conduct harming the State. It also covers money laundering arising from those offenses and regulates special investigative techniques, cooperation with authorities, protection of participants, international cooperation, and the restitution or recovery of assets. It proposes amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code, the Criminal Code, and two other laws.
