Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes protection for people who report or testify about administrative misconduct affecting State assets. Protection also extends to certain relatives exposed to risks because of that cooperation and establishes reporting channels, personal and employment measures, a procedure for requesting them, and grounds for revocation. It also provides consequences for malicious false reports and for disclosing a protected person’s identity.
