Summary of the bill.
The bill changes the requirements for the Supreme Court of Justice (Corte Suprema de Justicia) certificate of eligibility to practice law in Panama. It also repeals two provisions of Law 350 of December 21, 2022, and sets penalties for public servants who facilitate unauthorized legal practice or obstruct a lawyer’s work.
