The bill proposes a maximum period of 60 calendar days to pay public contracts with micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. The period runs from documented fulfillment of the contractual obligations. It amends contractors’ rights and the payment rules under Law 22 of June 27, 2006, while allowing shorter periods to be agreed.
