Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes general rules for issuing, processing, notifying, reviewing and executing administrative acts in state agencies. It addresses petitions, physical and electronic case files, evidence, administrative appeals and exhaustion of administrative remedies. It also provides for the replacement of specified provisions of Book II of Law 38 of July 31, 2000.
