Summary of the bill.
The draft bill would revise penalties and sentence benefits for offenses against public administration under the Criminal Code and Law 63 of 2008. It would exclude certain sentence substitutions and benefits, require permanent disqualification from public office in specified cases, and revise penalties for several offenses. It would also make criminal prosecution for those offenses, and for fraud and other fraudulent acts against the State, subject to no limitation period.
